WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free Express Shipping for order above $AUD99.

For orders below $AUD99, we charge a flat rate of $AUD8 for Express shipping.

NORTH AMERICA

In general, for North America, free shipping is offered when you spend over USD$80 (AUD$120). 

For orders below $USD80, we charge a flat rate of $USD11 for Secured International shipping or $USD15 for Express Shipping.

U.S. Tariffs

We will be charged (and pay) for tariffs. NO additional tariffs U.S. customers will need to pay at the time of purchase nor delivery. 

EUROPE/U.K.

In general, for Europe, free shipping is offered when you spend over EURO85/GBP75. 

For orders below EURO85/GBP75, we charge a flat rate of EURO12/GBP10 for Secured International shipping or EURO18/GBP16 for Express Shipping.

NEW ZEALAND

We offer free Shipping for order above $NZD99.

For orders below $NZD99, we charge a flat rate of $NZD13 for Secured International shipping or $NZD18 for Express Shipping.

REST OF THE WORLD

The shipping cost depends on destination and will be displayed at checkout.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

Place your order before noon (Melbourne/Australia time), and we’ll send it out from Melbourne warehouse the very same business day. Otherwise, it’ll go out the next business day.

We only choose carbon neutral delivery.
