Size doesn't fit, or simply change mind?

No worries, we will have it sorted and you will have your money back! 

We have a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and ideally in its original packaging. 

To start a return, just simply send the goods back to the following address: 

PO Box 908, North Melbourne, VIC 3051, Australia. You’ll also need to quote your name, email and mostly importantly the initial Order Number in your return parcel. 

If your return is received and accepted, we’ll process refund within 2 business days. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. (sorry!)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at hello@infamousqueer.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

U.S. Tariffs

We will be charged (and pay) for tariffs. NO additional tariffs U.S. customers will need to pay at the time of purchase nor delivery.
